Bespoke accessories are the finishing details that bring a tailored wardrobe together. At Philip Sparks Tailored Goods Inc., we make custom bow ties, neckties and cummerbunds in our Toronto studio. We also offer belts and braces made by a second-generation leather worker nearby, and we offer fabric flower boutonnieres made in a 100-year-old family-run facility. We also carry an ever-changing selection of vintage cuff links, stud sets and collar bars that can add an element of history and personality to a tailored look.

Custom Bow Ties & Neckties

We make custom neckties and bow ties in our Toronto studio. Whether it’s a bow tie in a silk to match the lapel of your tuxedo or a tie created using silk sourced in the Lake Como region of Northern Italy, nothing finishes off a tailored look like a custom piece of neckwear.

We offer custom bow ties in a range of widths and styles, always in a tie-it-yourself style. Don't worry, we also offer lessons on how to tie a bow tie. We take commissions for different styles and are willing to go beyond the samples we have in the shop to make what you are looking for. Ask our tailors about what you have in mind.

We make custom neckties as well, offering seven-fold neckties, whose body is comprised of many layers of silk folded into the tie. These are finished with hand-rolled edges. Ask us about shorter tie lengths that can be worn with high-waisted trousers. We also offer contemporary ties that have a wool interlining for body. Ties can, of course, be made to any preferred width and length.

Cummerbunds

Our cummerbunds are made to order to complement formalwear and can be made to coordinate with your tuxedo, bow tie or other accessories.

Bespoke Leather Belts

 We offer custom belts in solid leather as well as belts using vintage leather braids. These can be made as a complement to tailored trousers, jeans or more casual workwear. Ask us about a feathered edge for a dressier style, or heavier leathers with a plain-cut edge and no backing for a more workwear look. In our Ruby Room, we stock a large selection of vintage and deadstock leather braids that make it easy to select a material that coordinates with other pieces you’re having made by us.

We work with a second-generation leather worker just 10 minutes north of our studio. We have a range of their buckles for you to select from at the shop. If you are not finding what you are looking for, just ask. We have access to many other options.

Custom Braces & Suspenders

We offer custom braces or suspenders, always in a button-in style. Don't worry, we make sure your trousers have the buttons you will need to use them.

We stock a large selection of vintage patterned elastics and silks made for this purpose. Choose your hardware colour and leather colour for the tabs. Our braces are made by a second-generation leather worker just 10 minutes north of our studio.

Fabric Flower Boutonnieres

We offer custom fabric flower boutonnieres as an alternative to fresh flowers. We have samples of a range of flower shapes that can be made in any fabric, including leather. There are a range of pin or clip styles that can be applied depending on your needs.

These custom fabric flowers are made by a 100-year-old family-run facility. They are a great option for wedding parties and make a handsome keepsake.

Vintage Accessories

Our studio offers a small selection of vintage accessories that we source from dealers and markets, including cuff links, stud sets and collar bars. These pieces can be used to finish a formal shirt or add an unusual vintage detail to a contemporary tailored outfit.
