Philip Sparks accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Taxes

Ontario residents will be charged GST and PST. Orders from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland will be charged HST. All other Canadian orders will only be charged GST. No tax is added to American orders.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. U.S. customers will be charged in Canadian dollars and it will be up to the purchaser’s credit card company to determine the exchange rate. Confirmation invoices will be e-mailed with Canadian pricing indicated.

Stock Availability

Philip Sparks keeps stock listings up to date. If an item is no longer available at the time of shipping, we will e-mail you a notice of order cancellation and immediately refund your credit card.

International Orders

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Deliveries within Canada are at a flat rate of $12. Deliveries in the U.S.A. are at a flat rate of $18. We ship Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped within two business days.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please complete the return/exchange form we e-mail to you and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Instructions:

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address (this will let you track your package, as we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Card Refund Process:

Once your package has been received by Philip Sparks, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Philip Sparks.
