Behind the Seams: The Philip Sparks Tailoring Workroom

We love what we do! Here we share what we're working on, new cloths, inspiration and some of the techniques that go into making our garments.

This is a look inside our Toronto tailoring workroom, where our tailors and cutters are drafting patterns, cutting cloth, sewing, pressing, fitting and finishing garments. Some projects take weeks or months to develop, while others are small experiments or opportunities to revisit an old technique.

We'll share some of the things that catch our attention along the way.

Bijou 1 1/2 oz gin (we used hidden temple from @nickel9distillery ) 1 oz sweet vermouth 3/4 oz green chartreuse 2 dashes orange bitters Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until frosty. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy. #tailoredtipples #cocktails #cocktailrecipes #happyhour
