Bijou 1 1/2 oz gin (we used hidden temple from @nickel9distillery ) 1 oz sweet vermouth 3/4 oz green chartreuse 2 dashes orange bitters Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until frosty. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry. Enjoy. #tailoredtipples #cocktails #cocktailrecipes #happyhour

Bespoke tailoring requires a lot of small parts involving a large and specialized supply chain. Proud that many of the components are still available, made in Toronto.
